• w-697452dd — Author scripts/plan_orchestrator/coordinate_heal_dispatch.py mirroring intel_heal_dispatch.py: maybe_emit_coordinate_heal_dispatch(target, …) with an expiring per-plan sentinel (INTEL_HEAL_INFLIGHT_TTL semantics), action=dispatch next_skill=heal-ledger-coordinates, and post_dispatch_resume re-entering the walk.
• w-99b8867e — Wire the dispatch into the route_walk serve path beside the intel_heal hop: fed by coordinate_heal_target; emits the heal dispatch when a target is present, else proceeds. At-most-once per serve->resume hop via the sentinel.
• w-5f7b9f3d — Hold the SRP wall: the dispatch consumes coordinate_heal_target and never computes coordinates; read_matrix stays a pure read-view and stays banned from ledger_evolution_runtime.state.assemble_corpus (gates._FORBIDDEN_REFERENCES intact).
