Goal

Prove the north-star end to end and confirm the original inert beneficiary now reads green.

Implementation Sketch

Author the plan-wide acceptance probe over a no-taxonomy non-bug plan AND a no-taxonomy bug plan (both ledger-bearing): read_matrix via the read.py ledger API projects non-empty for both. Verify the live aims-burden-tracking ledger (285 real entries) now projects a non-empty per-domain matrix and record the reading. Record the completed-plan mission-fit gap in the overview/mission and confirm the prior ledger-matrix north-star now reads green. Run the full pytest sweep and confirm the §13.5 serving_surface_gate still passes (ledger_matrix never reaches assemble_corpus).
