Sync reference-repo verbiage across authored surfaces

Goal

Update every authored surface that states the reference-repo count or list so Odin is recorded as the 11th reference compiler — exhaustively, per Zero Assumptions (a missed site is a defect).

Implementation Sketch

  • CLAUDE.md: 10 ref cmplrs -> 11 ref cmplrs (the symbol/CALLS-scale line).
  • intel_repo/CLAUDE.md + any intel_repo README: update any explicit compiler-count / named list.
  • Re-grep the wrapper (CLAUDE.md, .claude/rules/*.md, .claude/skills/**, memory MEMORY.md) for 10 ref, 11 repo, named repo lists; update or confirm-thematic each hit.
  • Optional: add odin to intel_repo/neo4j/query_graph.py subsystem presets (ori-arc/ori-codegen/default-similar) ONLY where Odin is semantically relevant (memory-mgmt/codegen).

Work Items

  • CLAUDE.md + intel_repo/CLAUDE.md reference-count updates.
  • Exhaustive re-grep sweep of wrapper authored surfaces + memory.
  • Optional query_graph.py preset inclusion where Odin is relevant.

Acceptance

  • No authored surface still states the stale 10-reference-compiler count (probe bash -c "! grep -rIl '10 ref cmplr' CLAUDE.md .claude/ 2>/dev/null", comparator exact-match, expected ok).
