Overview
Bring the ori_lang/ repository root into alignment with first-class compiler conventions (rustc, swift, zig, gleam, roc, lean4) — by moving internal dev scripts into a consolidated scripts/dev/ home, merging diagnostics/ into scripts/diagnostics/, migrating blog/ out to ori-lang-website/, deleting the provably-dead tools/ori-lsp prototype and its phantom compiler/ori_lsp/.gitkeep placeholder, triaging the 704K scratchpad/ corpus into proper docs/ homes, removing the build/debug/* gitignore leak and associated tracked artifacts, and sweeping all 747 script references across 230 files atomically — while preserving the install.sh / setup.sh public API, the full-check.sh → clippy-all.sh → test-all.sh internal call chain, the ori-lang-website cross-repo glob couplings, and the lefthook.yml pre-commit contract.
