Work Items
- Persist each authorized active ContextAssembly in the canonical gateway admission record before installing or invoking a recurrent client transport; make ContinueRuntimeAPI.read recover the unique unconsumed assembly for the closure active frame from only domain_target_ref, closure_id, and plan_id; remove the ephemeral current_assembly re-entry dependency across Claude Code, Codex, and OpenCode; fail closed on missing, stale, settled, consumed, foreign, or ambiguous admissions; and prove initial serve plus a fresh-process exact-argument goal trigger return the same current_task and next_upcoming_task without duplicate execution or retry spin.
- Make ContinueRuntimeAPI.read fulfill the client re-anchor contract by driving the bound root through internal reconciliation to its next delivery boundary when no current dispatch is admitted; return active after a gate or successor task is durably admitted, reserve retry_later/no_current_task for bounded internal exhaustion, preserve the exact one-read/no-client-lifecycle-mutation contract, reconcile already-installed owned transports without recurrence spin, and prove a gated fresh-process Codex goal callback advances without an outer serve or duplicate dispatch across every native transport adapter.
